Enrique Ayala

Enrique has been with CICO Auto Sales since September 2008. He joined us with a great deal of history in the auto industry having over 30 years' experience. It was not easy at first to sell cars at an early age, but once he got the hang of it, he really enjoyed working with customers and building relationships. He believes the relationship is the most important part of the business. He loves helping customers find what they need so they can feel good about their purchase and vehicle. He wants to do his best because it's not just about selling a car.

Enrique is married and has 2 young children and 2 adult children. He enjoys spending time with his younger children and wife going to church on Sundays and attending family gatherings. He appreciates the shared culture of the close-knit Spanish community and is active in the church and his children's' sports. His wife is actively involved in the PTA. Since most family gatherings involve cook out's, his only complaint is the weather seems to be either too hot or too cold.

Enrique appreciates that CICO is very family oriented. In fact, two of his favorite memories while being at CICO are Dia del Nino and Cookies with Santa, both family events. He likes seeing how much customers enjoy themselves at Dia del Nino with the clown, face painting, jump house and prize raffles. At Cookies with Santa, children can come have cookies, hot chocolate and a free picture taken with Santa!

Enrique loves Mexican food and finds plenty of restaurants, but his favorite is Tipicos on Northwest Hwy. or for seafood, Mariscos. Other favorite places of his are the Texas State Fair, which he goes to every year, the Reunion Tower observation deck, and the Cathedral Santuario de Guadalupe in downtown Dallas. A must see for its beauty.

Steysi Figueroa

Steysi recently joined the CICO family coming to us with two years customer service/hospitality experience, which comes in handy at the front desk. She enjoys interacting with customers and helping them with the ownership of their families' vehicle.

In her spare time, she enjoys being in nature, walking or taking pictures of the scenery. Loving nature, it's no wonder her favorite places are the Dallas Arboretum, the Dallas Aquarium, and the many nature trails in the Dallas area. She is also an annual visitor to the Texas State Fair.

Steysi grew up in Nebraska and learned to speak Spanish from her parents. She is the oldest of 5 children and a cat lover. She rescues them and now has 10 kitties!

She admires Dallasites because they are united and willing to stand up for what they believe in.

Eric Ayala

Eric joined the CICO family in 2015. He feels he's learned so much about cars during this time and he really likes getting to drive all the different types of vehicles, especially the newer ones!

Eric grew up in Irving learning Spanish from his parents and has an older sister. In his free time, he likes drawing art and exploring the city, trying new things. He enjoys the diversity of the city and its people, culture and art. His favorite part of Dallas is Deep Ellum. Favorite places to visit would be the Perot Museum, Dallas Zoo, Reunion Tower observation deck, and the Dallas Museum of Art.

Fatima Moreno

Fatima has been with CICO since 2004. Her relationship with CICO started as a customer. One day she came to make her payment and noticed Kathrine struggling with a customer that only spoke Spanish. Fatima immediately jumped in and helped with the translation. She was so effective in the way she handled the customer that Kathrine offered her a job on the spot! Since then Fatima has built excellent relationships with CICO's customers. She enjoys meeting new people and the friendships she's developed over the years.

Fatima's favorite CICO moments are during Dia del Nino when we do the raffle drawing for the title winner. One lucky customer gets drawn to have their title handed to them and their car paid off!

Fatima grew up in Dallas and is married with 4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls. She learned Spanish from her parents and is passing that on to her children. In her spare time, she loves to work out and enjoys Sunday barbeques with family. Her favorite food is seafood, which she likes to eat at El Pulpo or Mariscos.

One of her all-time favorite places is Klyde Warren Park in downtown Dallas because they offer so many family friendly events. Other favorites are the Dallas Arboretum and the Dallas Zoo on nice weather days.

Kathrine Tolsch

CICO Auto Sales was owned by Kathrine's parents, but she took it over the business when her father passed away in 2003. Some of the customers today were also customers when her father was still alive. She enjoys working with the different generations of a family and its extended families. She boasts about their repeat and referral rate, which is 70%, saying that it speaks to the excellent relationship with their customers because they come back and send us their family and friends. She believes it's important to treat everyone with respect and honesty, but expects it in return from her customers. She enjoys the business because she can help the community with quality transportation.

A majority of CICO's customer base is Hispanic and all employees are bilingual, including Kathrine. Unfortunately, her other language is not Spanish. Like many of her customers, she is an immigrant, born in Germany and German is her first language.

Kathrine has been married for over 25 years and has 2 children, both boys, and 2 dogs, both girls. She enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs and volunteering in the community. She has been on the Board of Directors for the Texas Independent Automobile Dealers Association (TIADA), serving as their President in 2017 and was named the Texas Quality Dealer of the Year in 2012. Annually, she visits elected representatives at the state and national levels promoting people's rights and small business needs.
